No Peace of Mind- The Identity System Loop Part 2

Monday, September 3rd, 2007

I’m not good enough, I’ll never be thin. He doesn’t love me. They won’t let me be who I am. I’ll never be rich. I’m not a good parent. I’m not a good business woman. Mom likes her best. I never get what I want. I’ll never be happy until “fill in the blank”.

OMG! Does that make you feel as icky as it does me? Whew!

This is THE DEPRESSOR part of The Identity System. It thinks you’re damaged. The Depressor works hard to reinforce that you are not whole and complete, but SEVERELY DAMAGED with NO HOPE for survival.

In rushes THE FIXER. The Fixer is here to repair you because you’re WEAK and DAMAGED. It creates a REQUIREMENT to pull you out of the muck and mire of your mundane existence with the never ending “to do list” and goals like:

I need to be rich. I need to find my soul mate. He’ll love me when. I’ll show them what I’m capable of. I need to be thin. I must do it myself. If I only achieve or when I achieve “fill in the blank” I’ll be happy……..

But, happiness NEVER comes. The Fixer is NEVER satiated. It always needs more, more, more. And, The Depressor is NEVER satisfied. The loop begins again…..

Sound familiar anyone?

Peace of Mind - Coming to Your Senses

Monday, August 27th, 2007

Its book time again! “Come To Your Senses” by Stanley H Block, M.D. is the Best Book Ever right now. The fabulous SHOCKcoach Philippe Matthews, introduced me to this book, a concept called the Identity System, a method called Bridging, and a rockin’ tool called Mind-Body Mapping. I’m in personal empowerment heaven!

HERE’S HOW IT GOES. The Identity System is who you think you are! It’s your story. It’s the you that drives your thoughts, feelings, emotions and decisions. It’s your DEFENDER and PROTECTOR.

When operating it cuts you off from Source, contracts your awareness, impairs natural functioning and limits possibilities. In essence, it shuts down your senses. OUCH! Sounds terrible, what does that mean? What is means is you’re locked in a loop and there’s NO WAY OUT. Let’s see how it works.

The Spring Reading Thing 2007 Challenge

Book

Marcia Francios my “professional organizer” bellefriend from South Africa turned me onto a really cool Thing. It’s the Spring Reading Thing 2007 Challenge created by Katrina over at Callapidder Days. It’s all about reading books, one of my most favorite things to do.

You know, I remember when I hated to read. It hasn’t been that long ago either. And, then more recently I remember sharing that my literary reading was the latest PEOPLE magazine.

All that changed for me in 1999. I was introduced to Bob Proctor, the power of personal growth and I got hooked on reading. I joined Bob’s mentoring program which required reading one personal empowerment book a month. Folks, I’ve been reading ever since. In fact, I shared recently that the question I get asked most often is, “Hey Tuck, what’s your – this is the best book I’ve ever read – right now?”

So, needless to say when Marcia told me about the challenge, I was pumped. Unfortunately, I’m a few days late for registering, but I’m on board anyway.

Here’s my list of books I intend to read by June 21st. Many of them will be re-reads. Bob taught me years ago that I can read a book a 2nd, 3rd and 4th time and with each reading learn something new. Bob says, “You can read a book a second time and see something you didn’t see before, because YOU are a different person than you were before.” Makes sense doesn’t it!!

Let’s go read and grow!!!!!

Biology of Belief Bruce Lipton

The Technology of Prayer

Monday, March 26th, 2007

Okay, so here’s where I really get excited. Sandra Anne Taylor is talking my language.

Quantum Success has everything to do with me and how I hold my energy. Taking responsibility for my thoughts, emotions and feelings is consciously creating my life, which in Sandra’s book is the Law of Manifestation. And, as I become more conscious of how I use my thought and emotional energy to create my life, I attract circumstances and events to myself like a magnet (the Law of Magnetism), thus creating Quantum Success. Pretty rockin, huh?

As much as this information rocks every time I read it, it’s not new information. There are many fabulous bodies of work that describe how to create the life we desire using vibration, emotion and feeling along with the Laws of the Universe.

One of those brilliant bodies of work is presented by Gregg Braden in The Lost Mode of Prayer. Gregg describes the lost mode of prayer as a form of prayer, a prayer that has no words or outward expression. Braden’s presentation teaches that prayer is a highly sophisticated vibratory technique and an ancient memory that exists inside each of us. It’s an internal technology based in feeling that we can reclaim and call upon.

The lost mode of prayer invites us to become aware of and direct our thoughts, emotions and feelings to experience and embrace the creative forces of the Universe. This modality of prayer instructs us to consciously access, embrace and experience our bodies in conjunction with the creative forces of the Universe through three modes: thought, emotion and feeling.

As we align our thoughts, emotions and feelings into one powerful directive force, we create a vibration, a feeling of acknowledgment and gratitude that our desire is already accomplished. We can then say, “mountain move” and the mountain will move.

Am I the only one that gets pumped by this information? I ask myself this question all the time. This information must be resonating something deep within me that soothes my spirit and rocks my soul!!!

Okay….so how do we actually use this information to access this technology? How do we align our thoughts, emotions and feelings to fulfill our dreams and create the Quantum Success we desire?

Embody the technology:

Direct the thought.
Power the thought with emotion.
Feel the union (of thought and emotion) and with appreciation and gratitude, claim your desire as already done.

This is heart based prayer and this is Quantum Success!

Thoughts, Emotions and Feelings!

Wednesday, March 21st, 2007

We are the producers of our life. We are the producers of our energy and what we attract and experience.

So how do we change? How do we become a powerful point of attraction for success, abundance and well-being in our lives? In her book, Quantum Success, Sandra Taylor says it’s all in your personal energetic calling card. Your personal calling card consists of your thoughts, emotions and feelings. Not only do you write the script and direct the play, you produce the whole darn thing. And, you do it by how you hold your energy.

Your personal resonance is created through the vibration of your thoughts, emotions and feelings.

Thoughts are the powerful mental and cognitive expressions of your energy. Your thoughts carry an energetic frequency all their own. What you think about you bring about. The thoughts you think, bring about a response in your emotional energy.

Emotions are the powerful energetic expressions of you. Emotions are expressed in response to your thoughts. Emotions can be expressed as anger, hostility, fear, anxiety, depression, melancholy and boredom. And, emotions can be expressed as happiness, compassion, love, joy, bliss and excitement. The force and intensity of those emotional responses create a feeling in your body.

Feelings are the expression, vibration and manifestation of emotions in your physical body. They alert you to how you are holding your energy. Feelings can “feel” good and feelings can ‘feel” bad. How you feel reflects your energetic point of vibration and ultimately creates your personal resonance and calling card.

We are each responsible for our personal resonance, our thoughts, emotions and feelings. What are you vibrating? Are you aware of your personal energetic calling card?
