Sometimes I find myself spending an enormous amount of TIME, ENERGY and EMOTION in FEAR, worrying, feeling anxious and nervous about the past, the future and at times even the present.

IS THAT YOU? Well guess what? When that happens to me, I have a fabulous tool I use for overcoming those fears, reducing anxiety and calming the emotions.

Yep! You guessed it…..it’s Human Design – The Freedom Tool and specifically, the Awareness Centers of thought, emotion and feeling.

You know what? I haven’t always been able to say that….but today it is true. I like being me!

I used to worry what others were thinking about me. I worried that I was too emotional, too loud, at times even too excited about what I was doing. I worried that people talked about me because I fly by the seat of my pants, rush into things and change my mind a lot.

Not any more, thanks to my Human Design Chart and the understanding that I am an emotional manifesting generator. I now know that part of my uniqueness and charm IS my passion, my emotional wave and my zeal for life. As a manifesting generator, I am quick to initiate things, and at times, I may skip steps due to my excitement and enthusiasm. This is part of the suit I wear.

The gift here? I don’t have to try to deny who I am anymore. I get to embrace my uniqueness and celebrate me.

Self love, self acceptance and self appreciation are the greatest gifts we can give ourselves.

In 2003, I was introduced to a tool that rocked my world and set me free – Human Energy Design - my personal blueprint for living life.

With Human Energy Design, I was introduced to my instruction manual for understanding my thoughts, feelings and behaviors and connecting to my inner strength and power. I was given the key to transforming myself and changing my world.

For the first time in life, my emotional nature was finally affirmed. In fact, in making life choices I am to embrace, honor, and ride my wave of emotions (all of them!). When I allow my moods, I will be clear about who I am and where I’m going.

Amazing! I spent my entire life trying to hide, stuff, deny and apologize for my moods and emotions. Hearing this was pure freedom to my ears. Design also gave me a personal strategy for making choices and decisions in life, which resonated through every fiber of my being. My personal blueprint is a “Manifesting Generator.” I have the genetic capacity to initiate and manifest whatever I want. My life strategy, however, requires that I manifest only when something shows up in my life to respond to. Rather than forcing things to happen, I wait to respond and the “path of least resistance” synchronistically shows up.

What a relief! I was clear I could manifest if I worked hard enough, but I always felt like a bull in a china shop. This information totally transformed my awareness and acceptance of my self. I was “seeing” my truth for the first time and feeling empowered by the same characteristics and traits that others tried to suppress in me. I was free!

I call it the Freedom Tool. It is a relatively new system called Human Energy Design, which is a synthesis of ancient wisdom and modern science that will help you unlock and understand the power and truth of who you are.
