Changing Your Matrix

Tuesday, May 27th, 2008

Your thoughts form a construct of energy called the Matrix. The Matrix is your literal agreement with the Universe about what your reality will be. Your thinking and your Matrix set up the energy for how you see and experience people, events and circumstances in your life.

Your Matrix acts as a filter for what is allowed into your reality. If your Matrix consists of thoughts of joy, creativity and ease, you will allow these experiences, and your life will reflect this reality. If your Matrix consists of struggles, fears and judgments, these will be your experiences of reality.

Here’s the FABULOUS NEWS! You can change your reality any time you desire. You can release these thought forms and can change your agreement with the Universe. You can reconstruct your Matrix with your soul’s desires for joy, creativity, ease, abundance, flow, freedom, fun and much, much more.

Let’s look at how. Choose an area of your life you’d like shift….and tune in for my next post!

Does Your Life Reflect Who You Are As A Soul?

Wednesday, May 21st, 2008

This is a great question, don’t ya think? It’s actually my inquiry for the week.

I mentioned earlier in the week, that I’m feeling a shift in my energy. With that going on, it’s a great question to ponder. Along with….

Am I doing what I love to do? Am I doing what my gifts inspire? Am I experiencing my favorite essences of freedom, fun, connection, contribution and flow? Am I aligned with my Source and inner power? Am I at ease and in the flow?

I’m off to ponder…..

How about you? Does your life reflect who you are as a soul?

Juicin’ and Crankin’ - Part 3

What if your goal was to “be happy”, connect to your inner source and enjoy the essence of ANY experience, regardless of and without attachment to the form?

I INVITE YOU TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Examine your life and notice all the forms that currently exist where you experience feelings of happiness?

• Don’t judge these experiences as too small or trivial, just notice what they are.

• Invest in the happiness and joy of these experiences.

• Be patient, aware and watch as more opportunities to experience joy and happiness show up in your life.

You’ll be juicin’ and crankin’ with happiness in no time at all!

Juicin’ and Crankin’ with Happiness - Part 2

Thursday, March 6th, 2008

The FEELING experience you have when connected to your Source is one of happiness. It’s an internal state of consciousness based on how you perceive and experience your world.

WHEN TRUE HAPPINESS IS A GOAL that can only be reached when you secure this person, place or thing, you set yourself up to be cut off from your power. You literally slam the door on it!  You squelch your Creator’s ability to enrich your life in any moment with joy, peace and happiness. This reservoir of power is what I call your inner “bellepower”.

When this door is closed, something absolutely fabulous might rock your life, and you’ll miss it. Why? You’re focused on the form. You’ve become so focused on this one and only form; the life-mate, the career, the Victoria Secret body weight, that you look right past your Source and the happiness and perfection it can provide you at the exact moment when you need it.

YOU MISS THE EXPRESSION OF A NEW FORM OR EXPERIENCE OF HAPPINESS. Hmmm…..

Juicin’ and Crankin’ with Happiness - Part 1

Happiness for a reason is a form of misery, because the reason can be taken away from you at any time. To be happy for no reason – THIS is the happiness you want to experience.
                                                          ~ Deepak Chopra

Many people seek HAPPINESS as a feeling that lives in some far off future, a goal to be obtained once a certain status is achieved or material possession is secured. “I will be happy when”, is the phrase that comes tripping off the tongue.

“I’ll be happy when I meet my soul-mate,” “I’ll be happy when my career takes off,” “I’ll be happy when I reach my weight goal.” These are external goals. And, while these goals may bring feelings of joy and happiness, these goals are transient.

Structures and forms are designed to change and transform; so will your mate, your career, and your physical structure. If you are attached to these forms, your happiness will be attached to them. I’d like to offer a perspective.

Ask yourself these questions:

•  What is the feeling I experience from having these forms in my life?
•  Do they make me feel secure, have a greater sense of value or feel more in control?
•  Or does this experience bring peace of mind, freedom and a feeling of happiness?

Freedom - An Essence of Being

Monday, January 7th, 2008

In my “Life is Amazing” blog post last week about the Cryes Café Gratitude video, I made reference to ESSENCE WORDS. I’d like to take a moment to define what I mean when I talk about “ESSENCE” WORDS. The thesaurus defines essence as follows:
