Two Simple Words…

Friday, September 5th, 2008

Folks, do you have fears that show up right when you’re on the brink of a major transformation and break through in your work, or personal life?

Maybe you wonder, “Why is this happening to me yet again? WTF?”

Bob Newhart has the answer for releasing your fears in Two Simple Words…..

Be sure to write them down!!!!

Overcome Your Fears in Two Simple Words

Deconstructing Your Matrix

Wednesday, June 18th, 2008

You know folks, when I take a look at the fears and judgments about the area of life I’m transforming, I’m amazed. There’s an ass load more writing about my fears and judgments than there are facts. Hmmmm….

Mark Twain once said, “I’ve been through some terrible things in my life, some of which actually happened.” I couldn’t agree more!

Here’s what I know about this process of deconstructing your Matrix. Fears and judgments take up the majority of your worksheet. They represent your issues, the ones that live in your Matrix. THIS IS YOUR WORK!

This is the part of your Matrix that runs the show. It creates your reality. It blocks the myriad of Universal possibilities from coming your way.

So what do you do? It’s actually quite easy……

Remember when we were breathing in and breathing out the other day? Anytime you find your mind chattering one of these fears and judgments, or anytime you find your self running around in the muck and mire of your mind, STOP!

Then… on an in breath and out breath, simply release that thought and your emotional reaction to it, to the Universe. Allow that thought to be released to its higher evolution. It’s that simple!

So…how does that feel to you? Are you comfortable with letting go? Are you comfortable with the process of embracing uncertainty, detaching from the result YOU want and trusting God to allow you to actualize possibilities that will absolutely blow your socks off?

Sounds fabulous and exciting to me….how ‘bout you?

Getting Back to Your Matrix…

Thursday, June 12th, 2008

Now that we’re breathing again… let’s get back to the Matrix.

Okay, you’ve recorded “just the facts”, along with the chatter of your infamous “monkey mind”. Now let me ask you a question.

WHAT’S YOUR DESIRED OUTCOME? Think about the result you want and write it down. Once you’ve written your answer down, ask your self the following questions:

• Am I blaming others?
• Do I want someone to change so that I don’t have to?
• Do I want this result because it makes me feel secure, powerful or in control?
• Am I attached to the form my outcome will take?

Hmmm… take a day and ponder this one…

Breathe in…Breathe out…..

Monday, June 9th, 2008

Isn’t breathing fabulous? It makes such a difference when you breathe. Your breath is actually the switch that restricts or allows energy to move through your body and energy system.

Holding your breath causes your feelings and the events you’re experiencing to be stored in your body. The energy of the experience you’re having gets suppressed into your tissues. UGH!

Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, author of My Stroke of Insight says it takes less than 90 seconds for the chemicals released by your brain to surge through your body, as a result of an emotional response to a trigger event. When you hold your breath you don’t allow the emotional energy to flow to its natural conclusion of peace and balance. That energy gets stored in your body.

Folks….I’m for breathing. I’m for deconstructing my Matrix and transforming outworn structures in my life. I’m for allowing my reactions to melt away as fleeting physiology. It certainly makes healing easier…and I love ease.

I’m off to breathe…. Breathe in… Breathe out…

Just The Facts Maam…..

Thursday, May 29th, 2008

So…are you ready to shift? Let’s deconstruct that Matrix of yours…..

Take the area of your life that’s weighing you down, exhausting your energy, keeping you up at night, ad nauseum. Write it down on the top of a blank sheet of paper.

Next divide your page down the middle making two columns. In the column on the left state what is true about this area of life that you’ve chosen. Stick to the actual facts about this area. In other words, as the infamous Joe Friday of Dragnet would say, “Just the facts maam, just the facts”.

THE FUN BEGINS. Now, start recording your chatter…..all of it. List the boatload of fears and judgments that follow you around. This is your chatter, that little voice in your head, the monkey mind, and the baggage you carry around on your back like a 10 pound sack of garbage. Censor Nothing! Let it flow, let it flow, let it flow.

Here’s an example: Suppose you have a job you don’t really like, but you keep it for security. It pays your bills. You’re not happy doing what you do. You’re afraid of change and you have no idea what else to do.

The facts maam just the facts: You have a job. It pays your bills and it doesn’t soothe your soul.

The fears and judgments of your monkey mind: What would I do if I didn’t have this job? I’m not qualified to do anything else. Who would hire me? If I quit, people will talk. They’ll say I’m impulsive. They’ll say I’m lazy? What if I make a mistake? What if I follow my heart and fail? What then? What will I do? What will people think of me? What am I going to do, be miserable for the rest of my life? Life sucks. How will I take care of myself? I’m just frickin’ worthless!

Whew!! That’s was exhausting….yes?!? Now what?

Well, first off I’d suggest taking a breath. Yes breathe…… ahhh…

Changing Your Matrix

Tuesday, May 27th, 2008

Your thoughts form a construct of energy called the Matrix. The Matrix is your literal agreement with the Universe about what your reality will be. Your thinking and your Matrix set up the energy for how you see and experience people, events and circumstances in your life.

Your Matrix acts as a filter for what is allowed into your reality. If your Matrix consists of thoughts of joy, creativity and ease, you will allow these experiences, and your life will reflect this reality. If your Matrix consists of struggles, fears and judgments, these will be your experiences of reality.

Here’s the FABULOUS NEWS! You can change your reality any time you desire. You can release these thought forms and can change your agreement with the Universe. You can reconstruct your Matrix with your soul’s desires for joy, creativity, ease, abundance, flow, freedom, fun and much, much more.

Let’s look at how. Choose an area of your life you’d like shift….and tune in for my next post!
