Deconstructing Your Matrix
You know folks, when I take a look at the fears and judgments about the area of life I’m transforming, I’m amazed. There’s an ass load more writing about my fears and judgments than there are facts. Hmmmm….
Mark Twain once said, “I’ve been through some terrible things in my life, some of which actually happened.” I couldn’t agree more!
Here’s what I know about this process of deconstructing your Matrix. Fears and judgments take up the majority of your worksheet. They represent your issues, the ones that live in your Matrix. THIS IS YOUR WORK!
This is the part of your Matrix that runs the show. It creates your reality. It blocks the myriad of Universal possibilities from coming your way.
So what do you do? It’s actually quite easy……
Remember when we were breathing in and breathing out the other day? Anytime you find your mind chattering one of these fears and judgments, or anytime you find your self running around in the muck and mire of your mind, STOP!
Then… on an in breath and out breath, simply release that thought and your emotional reaction to it, to the Universe. Allow that thought to be released to its higher evolution. It’s that simple!
So…how does that feel to you? Are you comfortable with letting go? Are you comfortable with the process of embracing uncertainty, detaching from the result YOU want and trusting God to allow you to actualize possibilities that will absolutely blow your socks off?
Sounds fabulous and exciting to me….how ‘bout you?

Tuck,
Letting go used to be inordinately difficult for me because it meant giving up the illusion of control. Once I realized control was an illusion, it became easier to let go and life became less heavy. Imagine that. LOL
