Got Feelings?

• Do you know what your feelings are?

• Do you feel them?

• Are you aware that they are your friends?

Feelings are the way your body and mind communicate to let you know what you’re thinking and ultimately creating.

For example:

If you happen to think about your bills, you probably feel mad, sad or even scared. You just feel bad!

And, when you think about your spouse, significant other or your children, you probably feel happy and warm inside. You feel good!

Holding a thought or image in your mind (bills or children) and feeding that with emotion or perspective (mad and scared or happy and warm) creates a feeling, creates your point of attraction and ultimately creates your experience.

Your feelings are your friends — a communication tool for getting what you want and what you don’t want!
